October & November, Two Months in One!

• Complete File
• Great Job this year on the Complete File!  We had over 85% compliance!  In a year with a lot of resident issues, time away from site, and high turnover, this is a great accomplishment.  Kudos to you all! 

• Thank you to everyone who sent in pictures from the last two months...

• Linked HERE is the Meeting Agenda from the Meeting on November 8th.  
• Also, thank you for your patience in our first (and last) outdoor meeting.  

• Reasonable Accommodations 
• We've had several issues with RARMs this month.  
• A resident makes a request or you offer assistance with an RARM because you are aware of issues the resident is having.  
• You do not submit the application packet to me and/or the Team Leads until after you have received the verification from the medical provider.  
• If the resident makes a request to another member of the site staff, that is the site staff that should be completing the request.  If you are helping with that paperwork, that is fine.  
• If another member of the site staff is completing the paperwork, they submit the packet to their supervisor, not to you and then to us.  

• Schedules & Timecards
• I will be out of the office on Wednesday, November 23rd, Thursday, December 22nd and Friday, December 23rd.  
• Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th are Holidays, you do not need to edit your timecard in ADP.  
• Monday, December 26th is a Holiday, you do not need to edit your timecard in ADP.  
• If you plan on taking time off during the next couple of weeks, please submit your time off request as soon as possible and complete your calendar invites. 
• As a reminder, you are able to carry over 75 hours of vacation time (which will be used first in 2023) and you may have a balance up to 150 hours of sick time, total.  

• Employee Recognition 
• RSCs that are celebrating some special anniversaries this year:  
• Tracy Wirth - 5 years at Parish Court
• Heather Turton - 10 years with EHM, now at Juniper Hill Village
• Tomeca West - 10 years at Grace House and Hearth Homes
• Peggy Faughnan - 15 years at Schoolhouse Apartments
