RSC Bulletin: November 2021
RSC Bulletin
November 2021
- Happy Belated Birthday to Josselyn Esquivel (11/8) and Kim Harrington (11/15)!
- Here is a photo that Jaime shared of her office from her birthday in October... the staff at Woodside Heights decorated it for her!
- Staffing Updates
- Please welcome Sarah Cage, RSC at Ogden House and Clarence Pacete, RSC at Glen Ayre!
- We are still recruiting for 2 sites in Hartford!
- Paid Time Off Reminders
- You can carry over 75 hours of vacation time... but you max out at 75 hours of "vacation bank" ... so if you have 37.5 hours of vacation bank, you can only carry over 37.5 additional hours.
- You may carry over sick time up to 150 hours of sick time. If you reach 150 hours of sick time, you will stop accumulating (150 hours is 20 days of sick time).
- If you submit time off, please submit via ADP first and then submit your calendar request with confirmation you received ADP approval.
- Reports
- Please see the October Blog for a review on new aspects of the RSC report.
- Please review your Board Reports... many board reports are being submitted with "messy" formatting and we would like board reports to be the best representation of our work!
- December reports will be due on Monday, January 3rd by end of business due to the holiday.
- Blog Forms and Links
- I am aware that some of the links are saying "permission is needed" due to security updates that occurred on Google Drive. If you find that you are having difficulty accessing any of the links on the blog, please shoot me a text or email and I will update the link.
- RSC Zoom Meeting
- Reminder of our Year End Meeting on December 13th beginning at 9:00am. As this is an all-day meeting you may attend this zoom meeting as a telework day. Please see the calendar invite for the zoom link and password.
- New and Good! ... cue all the "awwws"
- Jaime's Pupper, Lily, in her Hawaiian shirt
- Beatriz's son, Ezra, the Avocado
- Josselyn's son, Henry, the Dinosaur
- Kaja's Pupper, Winifred, as a shark
- And here is the McPherson Clan, as mermaids and a shark
For the end of the year Blog, feel free to send me pictures of lights, snow, crying babies with Santa, whatever you'd like to share!
Stay Safe, Stay Warm, and Wash Your Hands!
Christine
