Happy Belated Birthday to Nekia Hilton (September 7th) and Amber Stevenson (September 11th).  

 ADP Timesheets

• A reminder that timesheets are due every other Friday, starting this Friday, October 2nd.  
• Please remember to approve your own timesheets by mid-day on Thursdays of timesheet week.  
• Review your timesheet, ensure that any time off taken during this pay period is represented
• We have many staff not approving their own timesheets, resulting in me having to follow-up with employees on that Friday or approving timesheets as they are or entering time-off that I believe they have taken.  
• Some of these have been incorrect and corporate office then has to adjust time off balances on their end.  

Complete File

• Complete File requirements are due this Wednesday, September 30th by end of business.  On Thursday, October 1st, Charlie, Marlene and I will be checking for compliance and letting you know whether or not you've met the requirement.  

Quality Assurance

• I believe I have received all signed addendums, thank you!
• Please be sure that your Training Log is complete (send to me for signature if needed) and double check that your AASC Daily Log reflects your training.  We've seen some trainings missing from the electronic file or from the paper training log.  

Reports

• September's reports are due this Wednesday, September 30th by noon.  Please be prompt!
• Also, please review the August blog for some instructions regarding reports, especially Board reports.  
• A note on board reports, please keep in mind that if you have a Board Meeting scheduled for any date in October, you should be submitting your Board report this week.  It is difficult for Charlie, Marlene and I to review Board reports submitted just prior to the board meeting.  
• Even if your Board Meeting is on 10/30, you need to submit your Board report in September.  

Looking forward to October

• Our RSC Zoom Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20th from 10 - 12:30. 
• October Reports are due Wednesday, October 28th by 12 noon.
