RSC Monthly Bulletin May 2020
RSC Monthly Bulletin
May 2020
Let's start with Happy News!
- Happy Belated Birthday to Tomeca (May 7th!)
- Happy Birthday to Charlie (May 26th!)
- Congratulations to Heather Burns (now Zuckerman) who got married this month!
Cell Phone Stipend
- May continues our cell phone stipend benefit so please submit your cell phone reimbursement to me via email by Wednesday, May 27th.
- Remember, these are submitted at the end of the month but each site's checks are issued at various times during the month.
- If you need the form again, it is available HERE
- Please remember to type your name and address and signature in the excel sheet. You must download it to fill it out. The printed, signed, scanned copies are coming through a little blurry so the typed ones are best.
- You must also fill out the month and site information
RSC Guidelines and Expectations (the blue binder)
- It has been some time since I've had an opportunity to update our blue binder. I will be attempting a comprehensive update this summer.
- Please email me with any thoughts/ideas of items that you feel are missing from the binder that you find yourself asking questions about.
- I will already be working on an update for Program Attendance and Incident Reports
HUD QA Satisfaction Surveys
- Surveys will be issued sometime in June/July of 2020
- There are a maximum of 5 residents chosen from each site
- The selections are random
- The survey is not anonymous as we need to know which site the responses are coming from but they are kept confidential.
- Let us know if you have any questions.
Updates to Work Schedules
- EHM has determined that the current telework schedule will continue through May 30th.
- Once any more information is known, I will relay it to you all via email as soon as I am able.
- Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!
May's Monthly Reports
- Reports should be done on Tuesday, May 26th as it is a telework day. You can take until the end of the day.
- Board Reports … many boards are still meeting via zoom so board reports should still be completed as scheduled. Other boards that have canceled meetings are still requesting reports to read at home so don't assume you do not need to complete a board report if a meeting is canceled. The safest bet is to complete a board report if it is a scheduled month to do so.
Looking forward to June 2020
- Each team will be having a June "Check-In" meeting via Zoom (video will be used so be prepared!)
I hope you all have a beautiful (long) weekend!
Stay Safe and Wash Your Hands!
Christine
