RSC Monthly Bulletin Jan 2020

RSC Monthly Bulletin

January 2020

Updates and Changes:
  • This past month gave us some company-wide changes and some to-do's for the Spring!
    1. Here is the 2020 Payroll calendar … our new Holiday edition of President's Day which lands on Monday, February 17th is not on this version yet.  Please remember that we now get President's Day as a Holiday (yeah!) and feel free to shoot Bill and Sally a "thank you" email (without replying all).
    2. The federal reimbursement rate for mileage went down in 2020 and the new mileage forms are here for SITE reimbursements (trainings, CHOICES meetings, other RSC/Site specific events) and for EHM reimbursements (mandatory company meetings, HR events, RSC meetings).
    3. I have finally updated the RSC Site List!
  • Please Keep In Mind:
    • For Non-Participants (NP):
      • If the need for an RARM request comes up with a NP, please re-review RSC services with that NP and offer a change in status (including the Individual Assessment, Confidentiality Agreement, etc.) to assist with the resident making the RARM request.
      • If you are informed of a lease violation or housing concern with a NP, please re-review RSC services with that NP and offer a change in status (including the Individual Assessment, Confidentiality Agreement, etc.) to assist the resident with coming into compliance.
      • We should never assume that a resident does not need RSC support and assistance because they historically chose Non-Participant status.
    • NERSC 2020
      • Please send me an email with a Yes or No regarding your attendance to NERSC 2020 (if you haven't already).
      • Conference Invoices:  Please save as a PDF and send to me via email
      • Hotel Reservations:  Forward me your reservation confirmation only if it includes the total costs.  Contact your hotel to request an email confirmation with the costs included.
        • If you have a reservation at a Over-Flow hotel, please also request the W2 tax form from the hotel in order for the main office to process payment.
        • Please include the name of your roommate!
ADP
  • If you call out sick, you can continue to inform me and the Team Leads and your site staff via text message or email, your preference.
    • You must also request the day off in ADP as soon as possible.  If timesheets are not due right away, you may do so on the next day you are in the office.  If timesheets are due, please attempt to do so while at home OR contact me and inform me that you are unable to edit your timesheet.
  • Any vacation time or planned sick time off must be requested in ADP first and after approval is received, a calendar request can be sent.
  • *Everyone has been doing really well with the changes to our timesheet and time-off procedures!  I really appreciate you all staying on top of this and helping make it a smooth transition!
