RSC Meeting Recap 10/24/2018 ... and a Certificate of Attendance!

Hello Everyone,

It was great to see you all yesterday!  Here is the recap of the meeting (agenda available here).  Please let me know if you have any questions at all.

• Expense Reports
• No longer need maps
• Do not need a "pen to paper" signature, typing your name is fine
• Make sure you separate EHM expenses from Site expenses, if you have questions about what is billed where, please reach out. 
• Make sure you enter the location on the expense report for each trip

• Quality Assurance Updates
• We've changed the timeline
• Internal QA will occur in your PAR month and will help build your PAR goals
• HUD QA will occur 6 months out from your PAR and a Resident Interview Addendum will be added in the summer for submission to HUD

• Tracking 911 and Hospitalizations
• An AASC feature "Incident Report" is available to identify hospitalizations and ER visits. 
• Entries can be made under the residents online file under Incidents Report
• A monthly look back can be printed in the "Reports" function
• Step-by-step instructions for printing are available here and here.

• Changes to Continuing Education Requirements
• HUD has identified new training areas.
• New training forms are available in a here:  New Hire, Continuing Education, Additional Training
• The green binder will now also require a "certificate of attendance" if CEU's are not provided.  I will provide certificate of attendance for any speakers that attend our meetings. 
• The SSA Certificate is available here.  Just print and write your name in. 

• Upcoming Holiday Luncheon is scheduled for December 6th!
